FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

FREEHAND SYSTEMS SHOWS MAJOR GROWTH IN ITS DIGITAL SHEET MUSIC SERVICE, eMUSICEXPRESS.

COMPANY ON TRACK TO HIT 500 RETAIL LOCATIONS BY YEAR END AND ADDS INTERNATIONAL RETAILERS.

Los Altos California –December 6, 2005- Freehand Systems International, Inc. (OTCO: FSYI) reported today that sales results for its eMusicExpress product are on track to exceed expectations. The previous established goal, set in May of 2005 of having 400 retail locations for its download to print sheet music service will be surpassed as the company is on target to have 500 retail locations by year end.

Sarah Shreve, Vice President Sales said, “Acceptance has been quicker than anyone expected. Retailers are realizing that they can add over 50,000 titles to their sheet music inventory at no cost to them and that our download process is easy to use. This has eliminated many of the anticipated objections to this new way to offer sheet music.” She went on to say “additionally we have established retail locations offering eMusicExpress sheet music titles in Canada, UK, South Africa, and Jamaica and are in serious negotiations with other international retailers."

eMusicExpress is FreeHand Systems service that offers music retailers the ability to download thousands of digital sheet music titles for their customers and print the music in their retail location. One eMusicExpress retailer, Stan Keith of MusicMart, Albuquerque, NM said, “eMusicExpress has been very helpful for us. To be able to instantly put the music in the hands of the customers, in whatever key they choose, is a real benefit both to us and to our customers.”

FreeHand Systems, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Freehand Systems International, Inc. (FSYI) is the global leader in digital sheet music publishing and is the manufacturer of the first digital music tablet, the MusicPad Pro® Plus.
