COMPANY.
THE
COMBINED COMPANIES HAVE BEEN RENAMED FREEHAND SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL,
INC. (FSYI)
Los
Altos, CA – October 10, 2005 - Kim Lorz, CEO of FreeHand Systems,
Inc, announced today the completion of the company’s previously
announced intention to be acquired by US Environmental, Inc., (OTCO:USEV).
Upon completion of the acquisition, the combined companies immediately
change their name to FreeHand Systems International, Inc, and were
assigned a new trading symbol (FSYI).
Mr.
Lorz said “FreeHand Systems was acquired by U.S. Environmental,
Inc. in a share for share exchange with the shareholders of FreeHand
for all of their ownership in Freehand Systems.” Effective
immediately the name of the company has been changed from US Environmental,
Inc. to FreeHand Systems International, Inc. and the new trading
symbol has been assigned FSYI.
Lorz said, “This move to the public sector puts the company
in a better position to take advantage of opportunities not previously
available to it.”

wholly owned subsidiary, FreeHand Systems, Inc., is the global leader
in digital sheet music publishing and is the manufacturer of the
