ALTOS, Calif. – Dec. 9, 2002 – FreeHand Systems, Inc.,
developer, manufacturer, and marketer of the MusicPad Pro®,
the world’s first digital sheet music personal computer tablet,
announced today that Rick Wakeman, the internationally known keyboard
player for the ground-breaking rock group, YES, has joined the company’s
Advisory Board.

Wakeman’s role with YES, one of the world’s most cutting-edge
rock groups, his unmatched reputation as a progressive rock keyboard
player, his standing as a classically-trained pianist, and his prodigious
work as a composer will lend unique expertise to the enhancement

Wakeman
is currently on tour with the group’s YES2002 North American
performances. Current releases include The Wizard and the Forest
of all Dreams, both with the English Chamber Choir. Christmas Variations
and Out of the Blue have been re-released recently with new covers.
Out There, a new studio album, will debut in January.
The
MusicPad Pro is a personal computer tablet with a touch screen interface
that enables users to store, display and annotate music. With the
capacity to hold thousands of pages of music, the MusicPad Pro creates
a paperless environment -- users can download and store music using
a Mac or PC.
