Systems and Tom Lee Music Ready Aggressive Product Launch in Hong
Kong and Mainland China.

Lee Music Has Taken Delivery of the First 500 of the Company’s
Asian Model.

ALTOS, Calif. – August 24, 2006 –FreeHand Systems, Inc.,
wholly owned subsidiary of FreeHand Systems International, Inc.
(OTC:FSYI), announced today that it has shipped the first 500 of
a contractual order to Tom Lee Music, the largest musical instrument
retailer in Hong Kong and China. These are the first of the FreeHand
MusicPad Pro 800, a model developed specially for Asia with Chinese
language capabilities, to be shipped as part of a contracted order
for 5,000 units. FreeHand Systems is the elite digital music company
whose revolutionary technology is shaping the future of the distribution
and performance of sheet music.

are working with Tom Lee Music on aggressive launch plans for both
Hong Kong and mainland China and will be participating in Music
China 2006 with Tom Lee Music to assist in the launch of the product

we are completing plans for an online digital sheet music store
to reach this growing market.”
