Rubinov

Chaim
Rubinov was born in Montreal, Canada. He began studying music
at the age of 9, playing the piano, and at 13, the trumpet.
He received his Bachelor of Music at the University of North
Texas State. Shortly thereafter, he began working on cruise
ships, first as a side man, then leading an 11 piece band
and writing music for various entertainers.
In
1989 Chaim settled in South Florida. He has played around
the U.S., as well as South America with different bands and
performed with artists such as Marvin Hamlisch, Nestor Torres,
Tito Puente, Jr., David Sanchez, Melton Mustafa, Miguel Cruz,
Jesse Jones Jr., and many others. His versatility allows him
to perform many styles of music, ranging from Latin, Haitian,
Reggae, Gospel, Jazz, Top Forty, Rock and Roll, R & B,
Klezmer and Ladino music. Before he joined FreeHand, Mr. Rubinov
spent 6 years in sales at FJH Music and Warner Brothers Publications. |
