Support Plan
The MusicPadProCare™ Technical
Support Plan is a uniquely integrated service and support solution
that extends the complimentary technical support coverage on
your MusicPad Pro® for up to three years from the date you
purchased your MusicPad Pro. This comprehensive plan includes
expert telephone technical support, web-based support resources,
and all relevant software updates released by FreeHand Systems
during the service period. We recommend that you purchase the
MusicPadProCare Protection Plan when you purchase your MusicPad
to take maximum advantage of the coverage the plan provides.
Three
years of security
Every MusicPad
Pro comes with 30 days of telephone technical support and a standard
one-year factory warranty. By purchasing the MusicPadProCare
Protection Plan with your MusicPad Pro, you can extend your technical
support coverage to three years from the purchase date.
One
number to call for help
Get direct
telephone access to FreeHand’s own technical support group,
the people who know the MusicPad Pro best. Because FreeHand creates
the MusicPad Pro and the software, the MusicPad Pro is a truly
unique product. Just one phone call can help resolve most issues
with your MusicPad Pro, since MusicPadProCare representatives
can help troubleshoot MusicPad hardware and software from 8AM
PT until 5PM PTMonday through Friday except on company holidays.
What
if I don’t extend support services?
If you choose
not to extend your support services*, telephone support from
FreeHand after 30 days will only be available for a fee of $75
per hour (1 hour minimum) and software updates (other than bug
fixes) will either not be available at all or will need to be
purchased at applicable commercial rates to be determined by
FreeHand.

The 3-year
MusicPadProCare plan can be purchased for only $89.99. You
can also purchase 2-years for $59.99 or 1-year for $39.99.
